Marzocchi ALP1 ALP2  Series hydraulic gear pumps have aluminum bodies, aluminum flanges, displacements

 from 1.4 to 13.8 cc/rev, maximum speeds from 2,000 to 6,000 rpm, and flows from 2.0 to 19.7 l/min at 1500 rpm,

 depending on model.

1. Scope of application and working conditions:

The ALP1 hydraulic pump is suitable for hydraulic oils with a wide range of viscosities, supporting a viscosity 

range of 6 to 500 cSt. The recommended operating viscosity is 10 to 100 cSt, especially during the startup 

phase. Its operating temperature range is -10°C to +80°C, adapting to a variety of environmental conditions 

and ensuring stable operation under these conditions.

2. Design and materials:

The Marzocchi ALP1 pump is equipped with standard European ports and a four-hole mounting flange for 

easy installation and system integration. The front and rear covers are made of aluminum to ensure that the

 pump body is light and corrosion-resistant. The Marzocchi gear pump body is also made of aluminum, 

which is sturdy and durable. The seals are made of NBR material to provide excellent sealing performance. 

The gears are made of special hardened steel to ensure efficient operation and long service life. The pump 

model is ALP and the running direction is clockwise (CW).

3. Performance characteristics:

Marzocchi gear pumps excel in high working pressure, high speed and high volumetric efficiency while 

maintaining low noise levels. The pump body, flange and end cover are made of pressure-resistant aluminum

 alloy die-casting to ensure durability and reliability in harsh environments.
