PVG32 is a load sensitive hydraulic valve, it comes in a variety of specifications, from simple load sensitive direction valve to electronically controlled proportional valve, can adapt to a variety of different needs. The modular design of the PVG32 makes it possible to achieve exactly the customer's requirements by establishing a valve bank. Function: When the pump starts, the main spool of each working module is in the middle, the hydraulic oil flows out of the pump, through the oil port P and the pressure regulating spool back to the tank. The pump pressure is determined by the flow of hydraulic oil through the pressure regulating spool. When one or more main spool is activated, the load pressure is fed back through the shuttle valve loop to the spring chamber behind the pressure regulating spool, which in turn or partially closes the return oil port. In a work module with a pressure compensator, whether the load changes or the module with a higher load pressure is driven, the pressure compensator is able to maintain the main valve drive and maintain the pressure drop of the main spool.
