The design scheme of this test bench is composed of pump test station, motor test
station, multi-valve group test station and hydraulic cylinder test station. The pump
and motor test station can provide open pump loading test and closed pump loading
test. , Closed pump + closed motor joint loading test three test modes. The hydraulic
oil source system provides clean oil for each test station, and has the functions of oil
circulation filtration, cooling, recovery, oil replenishment, flow monitoring, torque
speed measurement, etc. The maximum power of the pump test station is 160KW, the
maximum test pressure is 42MPa, and the proportional relief valve is used for loading. It is mainly composed of a frequency conversion motor, a torque speed sensor, a
solenoid valve, and a loading relief valve. The conversion of closed circuit and open
circuit completes the test content of the pump. The high-speed motor test station is
mainly composed of a reversing control circuit, a hydraulic rectifier bridge circuit, a
torque speed sensor, a loading motor, and an oil supply circuit, etc., and can carry out
closed loading of the motor. The low-speed motor test station is mainly composed of a
reversing control circuit, a hydraulic rectifier bridge, a torque speed sensor, a loading
motor, and an oil supply circuit. The station of the load-sensing multi-valve group
adopts proportional overflow loading, which can simultaneously carry out pressure
loading and flow measurement of two valves. The loading oil source is provided by
the tested pump, and the power of the driving motor is 160KW. The maximum test
pressure can reach 42MPa, mainly composed of hydraulic rectification bridge, loading
relief valve, and decompression control circuit. In the hydraulic cylinder test station, the oil replenishment circuit uses a motor and a gear pump to provide clean hydraulic
oil with a suitable temperature and viscosity for the closed circuit to replenish oil. The
system is equipped with an air cooler to ensure that the heat generated by the system
is dissipated in time to prevent the oil temperature of the system from being too high. In order to ensure a clean environment on site, an oil leakage recovery and filtration
circuit is separately set up to draw the oil leaked when the test piece is replaced back
to the oil tank. The measurement and control system completes the functions of test
bench power source control, solenoid valve logic control, proportional valve control, safety protection, status display, alarm prompt, parameter setting, real-time display of
test data, curve drawing, data processing, etc.
