Road roller dual-pump dual-motor vibration system

Purpose of roller: It is used for filling and compacting operations in large-scale engineering projects such as high-grade highways, railways, airport runways, dams, and stadiums. It can roll sandy, semi-viscous and cohesive soils, roadbed stabilized soil and asphalt concrete surface layers.


Host features:


1. The hydraulic system of the whole machine adopts electronic control, and the working conditions can be programmed using the controller. The operation is simple and facilitates the adjustment of on-site working conditions.

2. The traveling system uses an electric proportional hydraulic displacement pump, which can perform slope control for starting, braking, and stopping. Compared with traditional manual control pumps, it is well buffered under these working conditions and reduces damage to the road surface.

3. The vibration system is controlled by two pumps and two motors. Traditionally, it is controlled by one pump, two motors and a switching valve. Compared with the traditional system, the impact during starting and stopping of vibration is greatly reduced, which not only reduces the impact on the hydraulic motor and extends its service life, but also causes damage to the road surface due to the impact caused by the motor being in pump working condition when the vibration stops.


The cost of traditional tandem rollers is relatively low, but the final compaction of the road surface is not as good as that of current high-end rollers. There are currently a large number of road rollers in our country, but compared with imports, their functions are backward and their compaction conditions are not ideal. For high-end racing tracks or high-quality highways or those with harsh working conditions, only imported rollers can be used for operations. The research and development of this roller has filled the shortcomings of this domestic market.
